Audio Sorcerer was founded in January 2020 with one goal — to give independent artists access to professional-quality mixing and mastering without the major label price tag. Based in Dickeyville, Baltimore, MD, the studio is built around the belief that great sound should be accessible to every musician, regardless of budget or background.
Behind every mix is Dan Spencer — a Baltimore-based audio engineer and producer with a Bachelor of Arts in Audio Production from the Art Institute of Washington. Dan personally handles every project that comes through Audio Sorcerer. No assistants. No outsourcing. Just focused, detail-driven work from someone who genuinely loves what they do.
From bedroom recordings to full band sessions, Dan has worked across pop, rock, hip-hop, country, electronic, gospel, and everything in between. His approach is simple: serve the music, earn the client's trust, and don't stop until it sounds right.
